The harness is brilliantly simple and avoids the use of the collar (which can hurt) in teaching your dog to walk gently at your side without pulling. We have a 90 lb retriever who loves her walks but the children could not hold her lead because she was too enthusiastic and pulled very hard. Now she walks gently and our 30lb little girl has no trouble with her. The harness seemed to give the dog a new perspective on walking. The results were nearly instantaneous.

Brillient product, I look after other people’s dogs and have two of my own [small one wears a normal harness] I was told of this when out walking, decided to buy it for holiday dogs and wow what a difference. One dog pulled realy badly and its hard work with three dogs, I was worried about taking him accross a busy road, he pulled his owner and when I tried him with his normal harness I could not manage. I lent the harness to this owner before the dog came to me and sucess straight away. The proof is in the pudding!!!! I loved having him and I am not sure that would have been the case with his own harness. I do not like being pulled my own dogs don’t and I have one who is over 40kgs plus I am a small build. Now have a couple of them and will lend them out to owners to try before they buy. Also use a training lead with the easy walk, one end attached to collar and the other to the harness, no escapees yet!! Not so great for small dogs who pull. Otherwise brillient. Highly recommemded. Happy that Amazon is selling it but the price of p&p too high got it cheaper else-where/

I purchased this harness for my 18 month old springer spaniel who was pulling hard on his lead. This harness was recommended by a dog trainer who I trust.
The harness was actually too big for my dog but thats my own fault as I should have measured it properly.
I did manage to use it for a few weeks while I waited for a smaller one to be delivered and I was very pleased with the result. My dog stopped pulling the moment we put the harness on and it definitely didn’t cause any pain or discomfort. He is still just as happy on his walks but I am happy now too as I am not being dragged all the way down the road!
I would recommend that you check the measurements to be sure you get the best size for your dog.
